  Today I went to collect a couple of packages from Seaford business hub. I tried to tell the guy how many packages I had by showing him the msgs I’ve received from auspost but he literally didn’t listen at all, just took my license and went out the back WHILE I WAS SPEAKING. As predicted he forgot one of my packages so I had to go back. However, before I went I called 131 318 just to make sure it was there and the lady on the phone told me that my package was waiting at Seaford business hub. I approach a different guy this time once I arrived and showed him the tracking number on my phone (it was a screen shot so it said it didn’t arrive yet) but instead of listening to me he persisted that my package wasn’t there without even checking anything at all. I could barely get a word in as I was trying to tell him to check the tracking number on his system. I can’t believe how horrible the customer service here is! Can someone do something about this? HELLO AUSTRALIA POST!!

  Arrived with URGENT Parcels already marked but was not allowed to post because it was 10 seconds past their close time even though there was no only one person instore and two cashiers.. Poor service.. Very disappointed.

  Rude and aggressive staff. Zero focus on customer service , treating customers like they are a nuisance.

  Would give minus stars if option was available . Fail to deliver and just place an attempted delivery card in letter box even though I was waiting at home for parcels. On the one occasion a delivery was made, the parcel was thrown over the gate almost hitting my bedroom window. Was found 3 days later in a garden bed in the rain. Customer service is way down the list on their priorities. Going by all the negative reviews on here and social media I'm far from surprised that people are fed up with them and rate them poorly. If you make a mistake and actually order something from them they will cancel your order and then tell you sorry but you can drive well out of your way to visit a store to buy the item that should have been delivered to you.

  Expecting signed for parcel - yes,said I would be home. Car in drive,dog barks loudly when someone knocks or rings bell. None of this happened but a card was stuck in the door and now I have to drive down,wasting time and petrol ,to get my parcel. Not happy and assume it was not my usual posties who know me and my dog and always deliver with a smile. This one cannot have waited even a miute rings or knocks and runs to door. None of this happened - cExard left to say it was now going to be in Seaford so I have to waste time and petrol to go down there.
