  Michael's service was ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!!! I was referred by a friend this morning and called with an urgent auto elect repair. Michael didn't hesitate for a second to help me out and went above and beyond for me, coming to my work place right away to pick up my car and leave a loan car in case the repairs took longer than the day. I received a call from him in the afternoon and he had done the repairs. He then dropped my car back to my work. I have never experienced such a fabulous service like this before. I will be going to Michael for any mechanical needs I have in the future and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thanks a million Michael. You totally made my day! ????????????

  Last month, I took my car for the first time for servicing to Stop & Go.
  I found Michael extremely professional who has been thorough in what he did. To my surprise, Michael has even pointed out that rim in my spare tyre was rusty (To my memory no previous mechanics had bothered to check spare tyre). I was satisfied with the overall service and I was impressed with the diligence in his work. Bulend Terzioglu

  Micheal is cool as he would answer me any mechanic questions while I was sitting in the lounge. He doesn't rip you off and honest as he would take the part off to show you like the air filter why it has to be replaced. He doesn't ask you to replace anything unnecessary, unlike K-mart I used to go that every time I brought my car there for service they must asked me to do wheel alignment and balancing, but Michael said my car doesn't need it.

  I agree with others' glowing reviews.
  
  After another repairer failed to resolve a persistent problem, I sat in my broken-down vehicle on the side of the M1 during peak hour one morning and sanguinely Googled up "best mechanic in Frankston". In the results, up came Stop & Go.
  
  I called Stop & Go; Michael gave me great safety advice and, armed with the tips from that call, I got my crippled car up and running then took it to Stop & Go at the earliest opportunity.
  
  Stop & Go solved a long-running problem which a couple of attempts by another repairer had failed to fix. The difference with Michael's team is that they invested the time and attention to diagnosing and fixing the fault. By comparison, the previous repairer was generally good but processed repairs like a sausage factory, requiring repeat visits for challenging issues.
  
  Based on that experience, Stop & Go seem to have the capability and capacity to do a decent job with their service and repairs so are now my go-to for future requirements.
  
  Further, Michael has a great customer service ethic and this makes a tremendous difference when dealing with a service company.
  
  13-May-2017 Update after another repair by Stop & Go. Stop & Go completely outclasses the competition on all fronts, topping it off with an engaging and professional customer interface.
