- Sam Added July 25, 2018★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Over crowded with customers every time I go there and always looks like there staff missing because a lot of the service counters have no staff at them, where’s the staff ? All that registration collected every year and not enough staff ....

How is it, that "if" i did lose a point for going a bit over the 60k zone, when i know at the intersection in which I am talking about, has red light cameras there, mind u i have lived there for more than 6+yrs. I'm not that stupid. And why was i not contacted by the civic compliance and apparently it took them 6 months to let u know. I didn't even get a letter from u lot. Now, because of all this, my case was adjourned nearly 3 times because they were waiting on the info from u...!! Im on a disability support pension, and i can't go on public transport. Finally when you "faxed" ur info, i wasn't even asked any questions about my side. I was told i had no other choice but to plead guilty. Or else i would have to go into the city. One problem with that, i suffer from a panic disorder. The city is way out of my comfort zone and i d have panic attacks. I'm innocent. Thanks to civic compliance taking there sweet time (6 months) in which i already done, i was given a couple of hundred dollars fine. THANK U VERY MUCH. NOT.
