- Anne Connor Added August 29, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Roll-away Shutters is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The most dreadful customer service. It took 13 months from the time we placed the order to final delivery. In between we received two demand letters to pay. We hadn't even received an invoice or the complete order. Do not use this company ever. They are the most disorganized, unprofessional inept company you will ever come across. Forget the one star rating with this post. I couldn't leave a review unless I tick one of the stars. They do not deserve any star rating, as they are pathetic.
